Emaar to Unveil Dh200 Billion Dubai Masterplan for 150,000 Residents

Dubai-based developer Emaar Properties is set to unveil a Dh200 billion master-planned district, spanning 4.5 million square meters and designed to house nearly 150,000 residents. The project will feature a mix of residential towers, villas, offices, retail, hospitality, cultural venues, and civic amenities. Designed on the principles of a 20-minute city, it will include metro connectivity, smart mobility infrastructure, EV-friendly pathways, cycling routes, and app-integrated community services. Five character zones—Business Hub, Urban District, Young Families Cluster, Family Living Zone, and a gated villa enclave—will combine high-density urban living with resort-style pockets, green spaces, and a central district park with sports, wellness, and leisure facilities. Emaar emphasizes this project as a landmark urban innovation that reflects Dubai’s growing real estate vision.
