DHA Takes Over Bahria Town Phase 8 Sectors, Renamed as DHA Sector IV

Rawalpindi: In a major development, Defence Housing Authority (DHA) has taken administrative control of Bahria Town Phase 8 Sectors F2, F3, F4, and P. These areas have now been renamed as DHA Sector IV. The takeover is reportedly part of a settlement to recover outstanding dues owed by Bahria Town to DHA. This shift will directly impact thousands of property owners and residents. The move is expected to bring improved management, infrastructure, and security under DHA administration.
