CDA Announces Fresh Balloting for Islamabad Land Affectees

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has initiated a fresh balloting process for eligible land affectees under the Rehabilitation Benefits Framework 2023. Residential plots will be allotted against approved land compensation claims in sectors F-13, D-13, and E-13. Landowners and affected families can participate as per the guidelines and contact CDA for further information. The initiative aims to provide timely rehabilitation and fulfill the government’s commitment to fair compensation and housing for displaced residents.
