CBD Punjab Transforms Idle Land Into USD 3.2B Economic Hub

CBD Punjab has rapidly transformed previously underutilized land into a USD 3.2 billion economic hub, strengthening the province’s vertical development landscape. The authority is accelerating more than 33 million sq ft of planned high-rise growth in collaboration with over 50 global partners. Major flagship projects — including CBD Quaid District, CBD Bab District, and CBD NSIT City — are driving this expansion, extending far beyond the core district. These developments aim to boost investment, create jobs, and establish Punjab as a modern economic powerhouse. With mixed-use towers, commercial zones, and advanced infrastructure, CBD Punjab is positioning itself as a key contributor to Pakistan’s urban and financial transformation, embodying the vision of moving “Onward & Upward.”
