Bhatti Chowk underpass, Data Darbar project progress speeds up

Muhammad Muzamil Awan: Lahore: Secretary Housing Punjab Noorul Amin Mengal reviewed progress on the Bhatti Chowk underpass and Data Darbar expansion project during a detailed visit. Officials briefed that over 40% work on the underpass has been completed, with piling nearing completion and excavation progressing rapidly. The Data Darbar expansion has reached around 70% completion, including pedestrian pathways and façade upgrades. This initiative under the Urban Planning & City Development Cluster aims to improve traffic flow and enhance facilities for visitors and residents. For Lahore citizens, these projects can reduce congestion around Bhatti Chowk and improve urban mobility. Authorities have been directed to accelerate work for timely completion.
