Abdul Rahim Shirazi appointed as CTO Lahore

Ali Raza Wajid: Lahore: The Punjab government has appointed Abdul Rahim Shirazi as the new Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Lahore. Officials stated that a formal notification has been issued regarding his posting. Authorities highlighted that Shirazi is a Grade 19 Police Service officer who previously served as District Police Officer (DPO) in Mandi Bahauddin. He will assume charge immediately in his new role. Officials further noted that earlier, DIG Traffic Punjab Muhammad Waqas Nazir was given additional charge of CTO Lahore on April 16. Experts believe that this appointment may bring administrative stability and improved traffic management in the city.
