Faisalabad: Parliamentary Secretary for Housing Barrister Sultan Bajwa visited the wastewater treatment plant project being developed under WASA Faisalabad, describing it as the largest of its kind in Punjab. During the visit, officials briefed him on construction progress and security arrangements, including boundary walls, surveillance cameras, control rooms, and watch towers installed across the site. Managing Director WASA Saqib Raza confirmed that work is progressing rapidly and will be completed within the given timeline. Authorities emphasized that strict security measures are in place, especially for foreign engineers working on the project, ensuring uninterrupted progress and compliance with international standards.
