Job Description
Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA), under the Transport Department, Government of Punjab, invites applications for the position of Quantity Surveyor in the Project Implementation Units (PIU) for the project Development of Masstransit Systems in Gujranwala & Faisalabad. The role focuses on quantity estimation, cost analysis, and preparation of project documentation in accordance with PC-I guidelines and infrastructure project requirements.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for civil works
Assist in preparing cost estimates and BOQs
Support PC-I documentation and cost summaries
Conduct rate analysis and item-wise justifications
Ensure documentation aligns with departmental standards
Coordinate with engineering and project teams
Monitor project quantities, variations, and cost changes
Maintain accurate records of measurements and estimates
Requirements
DAE / B.Tech / B.Sc in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying
Experience in infrastructure or construction projects preferred
Strong understanding of BOQs, estimation, and PC-I documentation
Punjab domicile preferred
