We are seeking a creative and client-focused Interior Architect – Premium Furniture to join our Islamabad showroom.
Job Summary: The Interior Architect will play a key role in delivering exceptional design consultations and personalized furniture solutions for clients. This position combines interior architecture, space planning, and customer engagement to create functional, aesthetically appealing environments while supporting showroom sales and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand their lifestyle, functional requirements, design preferences, and project objectives.
Develop creative space planning solutions, furniture layouts, and interior concepts tailored to each client's needs.
Recommend furniture, lighting, finishes, fabrics, and décor accessories that complement the overall design.
Present design concepts through mood boards, layout plans, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
Guide customers in selecting products that align with their style, budget, and space requirements.
Prepare accurate 2D drawings, furniture layouts, and technical documentation.
Develop high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations using industry-standard design software.
Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assess project feasibility.
Ensure all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and technical standards.
Collaborate with showroom sales consultants, production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate project timelines and provide design support throughout implementation.
Resolve design-related issues while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Ensure projects are delivered according to approved specifications and schedules.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Enza Home collections, product specifications, materials, and customization options.
Support the showroom team by providing professional design recommendations that enhance customer confidence and sales conversion.
Stay informed about the latest trends in architecture, interior design, furniture, materials, and home décor.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Minimum 3 years of experience in interior architecture, interior design, furniture retail, or interior fit-out projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.
Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, lighting, and construction details.
Excellent presentation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
