The Reconstruction of Lady Willingdon Hospital in Lahore is a major healthcare infrastructure project designed to upgrade and modernize medical facilities for women and infants. The hospital is planned with a total bed strength of 230 beds and is situated on a plot area of 32 kanals. The reconstructed facility will have an approximate covered area of 252,000 sq ft, providing a comprehensive and well-organized healthcare environment.

The hospital building includes key clinical departments such as gynecology emergency, labor rooms, inpatient and outpatient departments, inpatient wards, private rooms, minor and major operation theaters, high dependency unit, intensive care unit, day care rooms, neonatal intensive care unit and nursery, and a fully equipped radiology department. These facilities are designed to support efficient patient flow and high-quality clinical care.

In addition to core medical departments, the hospital includes essential support services such as laboratory, pharmacy, central sterile supply department, laundry, kitchen, mortuary and blood bank to ensure uninterrupted healthcare services on a 24-hour basis. The project aims to raise healthcare standards for women and infants and position the hospital as a center of excellence in clinical care, research and community wellbeing.
