Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has invited electronic bids (e-bids) for the construction of the Rs3.2 billion Capital House Project, marking another major step in strengthening Islamabad’s government infrastructure. The project aims to develop a modern administrative facility equipped with updated office spaces and supporting infrastructure to improve government operations in the federal capital. According to the tender notice, the procurement process will be conducted through Pakistan’s e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS), ensuring greater transparency and competition. The project is expected to generate employment during the construction phase while contributing to Islamabad’s long-term urban development and administrative capacity.
