Lahore: The ongoing grand sewerage project in Harbanspura has reportedly slowed down, creating serious difficulties for residents of Jorey Pull, Saddar, and Dharampura. Locals say piles of soil, flying dust, scattered stones, and damaged road conditions have made daily movement difficult, while traffic flow is also being badly affected. Residents told TRT News that the slow pace of work has increased travel problems and environmental pollution in the area. They said dust is causing breathing and health issues for children, elderly citizens, and patients. The delay matters because sewerage projects directly affect drainage, roads, public health, property access, and neighborhood livability. Can faster execution reduce public inconvenience and restore urban mobility?
