Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to partner with the Defense Housing Authority (DHA) to jointly develop three new sectors including D-13, E-13, and F-13. The move follows progress on Margalla Enclave, where faster development has encouraged further collaboration. Officials stated that land allotment is being expedited to clear areas for construction, after which a formal agreement will be finalized. These sectors have remained undeveloped since 2008 due to delays. This development under the Real Estate Core Cluster reflects a strong Government Policy push to accelerate housing projects and urban expansion. For Lahore and Punjab investors, such joint ventures signal improved project delivery and investment potential. Will this partnership speed up Islamabad’s development?
