The decision was taken during a high-level meeting chaired by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi at CDA headquarters, where ongoing and future development projects were reviewed.

Officials stated that the park will be designed according to international standards, featuring green spaces, walking tracks, family areas and environmental protection elements. The initiative aims to provide modern recreational facilities while preserving the natural beauty of the Margalla region.

Experts believe the project will enhance urban livability, promote eco-friendly development and improve Islamabad’s image as a model city.
