Dubai: Dubai Retail, part of Dubai Holding Asset Management, has officially unveiled Skylight Mall, a new super-regional shopping and lifestyle destination planned along Al Khail Road. The mall is scheduled to open in 2027.
The project will span about 1.3 million square feet of gross leasable area and feature more than 360 stores across shopping, dining and entertainment. Once opened, Skylight Mall will become the latest addition to Dubai Retail’s portfolio of 58 malls and lifestyle destinations across the emirate.
Its Al Khail Road location is expected to serve nearby communities including Jumeirah Village Triangle, Jumeirah Islands and The Springs, while also drawing visitors from other parts of Dubai.
More details about the individual brands, restaurants and entertainment attractions are expected to be announced later.
