PIA Privatization: Valuable Properties Transferred to New Owners

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has transferred 12 high-value assets, including properties in the US, Netherlands, India, and within Pakistan, to new owners as part of its privatization and restructuring process. The move aims to reduce financial burden and improve operational efficiency. Local properties include Peshawar, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Quetta offices, while international assets cover the US residential property, Amsterdam sales office, and country manager’s residence. This initiative strengthens PIA’s financial stability and ensures better management of its assets for future growth and profitability.
