PHA shifts advertising registration online to boost transparency and ease of business

Lahore: Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) has introduced a fully digital system for outdoor advertising registration to improve transparency and business facilitation. Under the new system, companies can apply for registration and obtain NOCs for advertising boards through the eBiz app, eliminating manual processes. Temporary advertising campaign permissions will also be issued online, making the procedure faster and more efficient. Officials stated that applicants can now track their requests in real time, reducing delays and enhancing accountability. DG PHA Raja Mansoor Ahmed said the authority aims to gradually shift all services to a digital one-window platform. The initiative is expected to support ease of doing business and encourage investment in Punjab.
