Pakistan Railways Upgrades Another Train

Pakistan Railways has inaugurated the upgraded rake of the 125-Up and 126-Down Lasani Express, enhancing passenger services on the Lahore–Narowal–Sialkot route. Additional GM Mechanical Yousaf Khan stated during the ceremony that the upgrade supports the modernization drive initiated under Federal Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi. The new coaches are designed to provide safer, more comfortable, and higher-quality travel for thousands of daily commuters between Lahore and Sialkot. Khan added that Pakistan Railways plans to introduce more modern rakes on other routes in the coming months. After the ceremony, officials inspected the upgraded rake, interacted with passengers, and were instructed to further improve onboard services, seating comfort, and cleanliness. The inauguration was attended by a large number of officers, staff, and travelers.
