Fateh Jang: Nova City has announced a final restoration opportunity for members whose property files were suspended or cancelled because of outstanding payments. The developer says eligible members can restore, adjust or cross-merge their files at face value until September 10, 2026.
Under the announced offer, late-payment surcharges and related penalties are being waived, while General Block members with suspended or cancelled files have also been invited to regularise their holdings. The exact adjustment or merging arrangement can vary depending on the member’s file and payment status.
Nova Group has also announced that members using this offer are expected to receive preference in the next ballot planned for February 2027, while sector-wise possession is being targeted from Sector A in March 2027. These dates are currently developer-announced targets, not completed milestones.
Nova City’s official website identifies the housing scheme on GT Road, Fateh Jang, with its head office located in Islamabad.
