LDA reviews progress of Data Darbar expansion, Railway Station upgrade

Muhammad Muzamil Awan: Lahore: Director General LDA Tahir Farooq visited the Data Darbar expansion project and Lahore Railway Station to review ongoing development work. Officials briefed that the pedestrian zone at Data Darbar is nearing completion, while the underpass project has reached around 37 percent progress, with significant advancement in piling work. Development of the Railway Station parking area is also close to completion, with solar lighting and seating arrangements underway. Teams are actively working on façade upgrades along Circular Road. The DG LDA directed contractors to accelerate progress and ensure continuous monitoring of both projects to achieve timely completion and improve urban infrastructure.
