LDA Continues Anti-Encroachment Operation on PIA Road and Johar Town

On the directives of LDA Director General Tahir Farooq, the Authority’s anti-encroachment operation continued for the third consecutive day on PIA Road and various blocks of Johar Town.
Teams removed dozens of temporary structures, roadside setups, and illegal occupations built on vacant plots. Several dhabas, kiosks, and both temporary and permanent constructions were demolished as part of the campaign.Officials stated that the operation aims to clear public spaces, restore road width, and eliminate safety hazards caused by unauthorized structures.LDA emphasized that such actions will continue across the city to ensure a clean, obstruction-free urban environment in accordance with city planning regulations.
