LDA announces 5th balloting for residential and commercial plots on easy instalments

Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced its 5th computerized balloting for residential and commercial plots, offering buyers an opportunity to acquire fully developed plots on easy three-year instalment plans. The balloting is scheduled for May 18, 2026, at LDA Sports Complex Johar Town, in collaboration with PITB. Applications will be accepted from April 1 to May 11, 2026. Officials stated that plots in Johar Town, LDA City, Allama Iqbal Town and Mohlanwal will be included, with various sizes of residential and commercial options available. The initiative aims to facilitate affordable property ownership, increase transparency and boost real estate activity across Lahore.
