Lahore: Lahore Smart City has released another development update highlighting continuing work on road infrastructure, sector development and utility systems across the housing project. The latest promotional material shows construction machinery, road works and building activity as the developer continues infrastructure expansion across different parts of the scheme. Lahore Smart City’s official development portal also lists ongoing work under road works, buildings and structures, infrastructure, horticulture, villas and different residential blocks.
The developer says possessions have already been initiated in Sector A and Sector B of Overseas Prime Block, while its July development records show progress on villas, commercial areas, the Pavilion, Special Children Academy and Incubation Centre. Claims about “long-term value creation” or future investment returns, however, remain promotional statements and are not independently guaranteed by the development update.
