Lahore Safari Zoo Set to Open 7D Wildlife Cinema

Lahore: The Punjab Wildlife & Parks Department says a 7D Wildlife Cinema at Safari Zoo Lahore is nearing completion as part of an immersive wildlife experience designed to combine entertainment with conservation education. The official project includes two cinema halls, each planned with 50 general and 16 executive seats, along with projector rooms, waiting areas, ticketing facilities, parking and a food court. The Infrastructure Development Authority of Punjab lists the project site at 5.16 acres with a covered area of 16,699 square feet. The Forestry and Wildlife Department puts the total project cost at Rs1,719.879 million. Recent reports say the cinema is expected to open to visitors next month, although the official project page does not currently specify a confirmed inauguration date.
