Kingstown Phase 1 Picks Up Pace as Major Amenities Take Shape

Lahore: Kingstown Phase 1 on Main Raiwind Road is continuing to develop as a residential and commercial community by Al-Kabir Developers. The developer’s official project page confirms 3 and 5 marla residential plots, 2 to 8 marla commercial options, along with landscaped parks, carpeted roads, educational facilities, a community mosque, children’s play areas, security, power backup and a modern sewerage system. Kingstown was originally launched in October 2020, according to the company’s project history. The supplied post shows construction around recreational and community facilities, but Al-Kabir’s current Phase 1 page does not provide a dated overall completion percentage. Claims that specific facilities such as the dancing fountain are already substantially built should therefore remain attributed to recent project updates rather than treated as independently verified completion milestones.
