Dubai: Real estate developer Imtiaz Developments has officially handed over “Beach Walk by Imtiaz,” becoming the first company to complete and deliver a residential project on Dubai Islands. The luxury waterfront development includes 80 residential units consisting of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The project features premium amenities such as a rooftop infinity pool, clubhouse, gym, landscaped gardens, children’s play areas, BBQ zones and a grand lobby. Beach Walk is part of a larger portfolio valued at more than Dh6 billion, with the developer currently managing over 15 active projects across Dubai Islands. Officials say the development supports Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan and highlights growing investor interest in the island’s future as a major waterfront residential destination.
