Lahore: Greenland Valley is offering a limited number of ready-for-possession residential plots with booking starting from 15% and monthly installments from Rs9,000. Current project material lists plot sizes of 3, 5, 8 and 10 marla, while the scheme is located near Lahore Ring Road’s Quaid-e-Azam Interchange, opposite the Manawan Police Training Center. The advertised facilities include a gated community, commercial market, water filtration plant, park, graveyard, electricity and sewerage, while Jamia Masjid Al-Tufail is listed as under construction. The project is being marketed by Greenland Developers as a residential scheme with basic urban amenities and convenient Ring Road access.  The current payment plan shows the Rs9,000 monthly installment applies to the 3-marla option, while larger plots carry higher monthly installments. Buyers should therefore check the exact payment schedule, possession terms, development charges and regulatory status before making any payment
