A major global summit convened more than 800 international leaders, investors, and industry experts for two days of high-level networking and strategic discussions focused on Saudi Arabia’s rapidly expanding real estate sector. Held under the theme “Together Towards Tomorrow,” the event highlighted the Kingdom’s development pipeline, which has now exceeded $2 trillion, covering large-scale hospitality, infrastructure, and next-generation urban projects.This year’s edition introduced its first-ever investment track, drawing over 200 prominent global investors seeking opportunities across Saudi Arabia’s transformation landscape. In partnership with sustainability firm VCM, organizers also unveiled a net-zero carbon initiative aimed at measuring, reducing, and offsetting emissions—underscoring the country’s rising commitment to environmentally responsible development.
