Lahore: Etihad Town has announced a revised date of October 1, 2026, at 4:30 PM for the site reveal of Etihad Town Phase IV, being developed in collaboration with Shahana Living. The event had earlier been promoted for September 8, but the latest developer announcement has moved it to the new date.
Etihad Town’s official project page places Phase IV around the Chenab Road/Jhelum Road corridor in Lahore and describes it as its latest residential and commercial development in collaboration with Shahana Living. The project is already being marketed for bookings; the upcoming event is specifically a site reveal, not the initial project launch.
A July launch announcement described Phase IV as an LDA-approved project, but separately indexed approval material refers to an LDA technical approval letter dated July 3, 2026 for approximately 261 kanal 3 marla. Because a current final NOC record was not independently located on LDA’s public portal during this check, the safer description is technical approval reported / final NOC status to be independently verified.
