Emaar to Launch Dubai Creek Tower Tender Within Three Months

Dubai-based developer Emaar is set to launch the construction tender for the iconic Dubai Creek Tower within the next three months, according to founder Mohamed Alabbar. Speaking at the Dubai International Project Management Forum 2026, Alabbar said the tower’s design has been extensively revised, with a renewed focus on aesthetics and visual impact. The tower is a central feature of the Dubai Creek Harbour master plan and is expected to re-emerge as a defining symbol of Dubai’s next phase of urban growth. Industry observers say the project’s revival reflects growing investor confidence in Dubai’s long-term real estate and tourism fundamentals.
