Emaar Property Sales Hit Dh26.6bn as Backlog Surges to Dh164.9bn

Dubai: Emaar Properties PJSC recorded property sales of approximately Dh26.6 billion during the first half of 2026, while its revenue backlog from property sales reached Dh164.9 billion as of June 30, up 13 per cent year-on-year. Emaar’s official results show group revenue increased 21 per cent to Dh23.9 billion, while net profit before tax rose 23 per cent to Dh12.8 billion. UAE build-to-sell property sales accounted for Dh22.4 billion, while international property sales reached Dh4.2 billion. Emaar also launched 11 projects across major Dubai communities during the period. The company said its UAE development revenue backlog stood at Dh135.7 billion, providing a substantial pipeline of contracted sales expected to be recognised as projects progress and properties are delivered.
