Quetta: DHA Quetta has announced its Adjustment Scheme 2026 for eligible file holders, offering qualifying investors options to utilise or adjust their existing files under the scheme’s applicable terms. According to the announcement shared by DHA Quetta, file holders have been advised to review their eligibility, conditions and available benefits before making a decision. The move is particularly relevant for investors holding files that may qualify for adjustment under the new mechanism.
DHA Quetta has already introduced other file and plot regularisation measures during 2026. Its official website confirms a Sector D one-kanal residential file-holder regularisation scheme launched on May 1, followed by a deadline extension on May 29 and a location ballot for regularised Sector D holders in June.
