DC reviews drainage, Metro Yellow Line progress on GT Road

Muhammad Muzamil Awan : Gujranwala: Deputy Commissioner Naveed Ahmed visited GT Road to review ongoing works under the Punjab Development Program, focusing on timely drainage solutions in low-lying areas during the monsoon season. Officials highlighted that WASA Gujranwala is working to ensure efficient water disposal and safer travel conditions for citizens. During the visit, the DC also assessed the progress of the Metro Bus Yellow Line project, aimed at improving urban mobility. Assistant Commissioners City and Saddar accompanied the inspection, and directions were issued to maintain pace and quality of development work for public convenience.
