Gujranwala: Deputy Commissioner Naveed Ahmad visited Sansra Goraya village in Tehsil Sadar to inspect construction of a sewerage drain being developed under the Sohna Punjab Development Programme. Assistant Commissioner Sadar Faisal Majeed accompanied him during the visit. According to the supplied update, the DC directed the concerned departments to complete the project as early as possible and ensure the use of 100% quality construction material. He said the drainage system in rural areas is being improved through ongoing development schemes so residents can receive better and more reliable civic facilities. Recent development inspections in Gujranwala also show the district administration focusing on faster completion, construction quality and improved drainage under wider Punjab development programmes.
