DAMAC Reaches Milestone on Cavalli Tower in Dubai

DAMAC Properties has announced the completion of the structural phase of the world’s first Cavalli-branded residential tower in Dubai. Valued at approximately AED 1 billion, the Cavalli Tower combines Italian luxury design with modern architecture. Its interiors are crafted by Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors, while the structure was designed by Shaun Killa, the architect behind Dubai’s iconic Museum of the Future.
Rising 71 storeys near Dubai Marina, the tower features luxury apartments, penthouses, private pools, and sky gardens, offering residents a resort-style living experience. The project represents a fusion of fashion and real estate innovation, with handover scheduled by end of next year. Once completed, it will stand as a symbol of high-end branded living in the UAE.
