CDA Shortlists Four Firms for Jinnah Medical Complex in Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has shortlisted four construction firms for the development of the Jinnah Medical Complex in Islamabad’s H-16 sector, marking a key step forward for the long-awaited healthcare project.Officials said the project aims to significantly improve public healthcare access in the federal capital by providing modern medical facilities and expanding treatment capacity for residents.
The shortlisted firms will now move into the next phase of evaluation before final contract awards are made. Once completed, the Jinnah Medical Complex is expected to reduce pressure on existing hospitals, improve service delivery, and strengthen Islamabad’s healthcare infrastructure.Authorities emphasized that the project reflects the government’s commitment to investing in essential public health facilities and ensuring timely completion in line with approved standards.
