CDA Sells Plots Worth Rs13.52bn on First Day of Islamabad Auction

Capital Development Authority (CDA) sold residential and commercial plots worth Rs13.52 billion on the first day of its three-day auction in Islamabad, being held at the Jinnah Convention Centre. The auction, supervised by Member Finance Tahir Naeem under the directives of the CDA Chairman, witnessed strong investor participation, reflecting confidence in CDA’s transparent and investor-friendly policies. High-value plots in the Blue Area attracted major bids, including Plot No. 17 sold for Rs9.15 billion and Plot No. 15 for Rs3.52 billion. Additional sales were recorded in the Orchard Scheme on Murree Road. The auction includes plots in E-11 Northern Strip, agro farms, petrol pump sites, and constructed shops, with incentives offered for early and dollar-based payments.
