CDA Launches Full Digital Property Processing System for Sector D-12

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority has launched a fully digital property processing system for Sector D-12 under the direction of Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa. The new workflow replaces the traditional manual filing system with an electronic process, enabling online application submission, real-time tracking, cashless payments, and automated case monitoring. Officials said the system ensures transparency, faster processing, reduced human error, and improved accountability. Initially activated for Sector D-12, the digital platform will be gradually extended to other sectors. Authorities stated the initiative marks a significant step toward e-governance, enhanced service delivery, and streamlined land record management in Islamabad.
