CDA Invites e-Bids for New Cricket Stadium in Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority has formally invited electronic bids for the construction of a new cricket stadium near Sector D-12 in Islamabad. According to the e-bid notice issued by CDA’s Procurement and Contract Wing, bids are being sought from well-reputed firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-A. The project will be executed under the EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) two-stage, two-envelope procedure in line with PPRA rules. Interested firms must submit bids through the EPADS system by February 16, 2026, at 11:30 am, along with a bid security of Rs. 120 million. The bids will be opened the same day at CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4.
