Dubai: Azizi Developments has announced plans to invest Dh75 billion in the UAE’s hospitality sector, primarily in Dubai, with the development of 151 hotels. The portfolio will include 100 four-star hotels, 50 five-star hotels and one seven-star hotel, adding around 60,000 room keys to the country’s hospitality capacity. The investment is expected to create more than 75,000 jobs and significantly boost tourism infrastructure in the region. Officials said the projects will support Dubai’s long-term tourism and economic growth strategies, including its ambition to attract millions of international visitors annually. Several hotel developments are already under construction as part of the company’s expanding real estate and hospitality portfolio.
