Lahore: Construction of Aureum Mall & Residences is now underway at the Bahria Town Ring Road Interchange, with excavation and foundation-stage activity marking the start of on-ground development. Developer updates had earlier announced October 1, 2026 as the beginning of digging and construction. The project is being developed by Alfalah Real Estate & Builders (AREB) as a mixed-use destination combining a shopping mall, residences, offices and a hotel. Its official project website describes the scheme as a 16-kanal development with direct Lahore Ring Road (SL-3) access. Current developer updates say construction is progressing on site as the project moves from planning into physical execution. However, claims describing it as a future “landmark” or promising exceptional investment value remain promotional and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes.
