Abu Dhabi: The Department of Municipalities and Transport has launched the Government Assets Investment Opportunities Portal, giving investors digital access to investment opportunities involving government-owned land and existing built assets across the emirate. The service was unveiled at LIVEX 2026 and is available through Abu Dhabi’s TAMM platform.
The portal brings the investment journey into one system. Investors can discover available assets, evaluate opportunities, submit expressions of interest and bids, follow investor-selection and award procedures, and eventually complete Musataha or lease agreements digitally. This is broader than simply displaying government property listings.
In its current phase, the service covers opportunities involving commercial land and existing government-owned assets. DMT says later phases are expected to expand into additional sectors, potentially including assets such as hospitals and schools. Investors from both inside and outside the UAE can access available opportunities.
The platform also uses AI-powered personalisation to highlight assets that better match an investor’s profile and preferences. Location information can show nearby parks, public facilities, bus stops and other amenities to help investors evaluate each opportunity.
