🚨 Lahore Police arrest 1,884 suspects in crackdown on illegal weapons

Lahore: Lahore Police has intensified its crackdown against illegal weapons possession and public display of arms, arresting 1,884 suspects so far this year. Officials stated that 1,882 cases have been registered across different police stations, with significant recoveries including Kalashnikovs, rifles, guns and 1,684 pistols. CCPO Lahore Bilal Siddique Kamyana emphasized zero tolerance against law violators, directing strict action against those spreading fear through weapons display and aerial firing. Authorities also highlighted monitoring of social media activities related to arms display. The initiative aims to strengthen law and order, ensure public safety and discourage illegal weapon culture in the city.
