Job Description
Ahmed Engineering is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to oversee and execute civil engineering projects with a focus on industrial design and structural development. The role involves planning, analysis, compliance assurance, and team leadership while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and innovation throughout all project stages.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage civil engineering projects from initiation to completion within timelines and budgets
Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and performance evaluations
Develop industrial design plans and structural layouts according to client and regulatory requirements
Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with design and safety standards
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues
Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation
Implement quality control measures to maintain engineering standards
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
Use engineering software for design modeling and technical calculations
Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve project outcomes
Manage resources and task allocation to enhance project efficiency
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and project teams
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications and suppliers
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience
Strong knowledge of industrial and structural design principles
Ability to manage teams and multiple project tasks
Proficiency in engineering tools and software
Strong communication and coordination skills
Understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory standards
