Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) is responsible for planning, developing, and regulating the Central Business District in Lahore, Punjab. It oversees high-rise commercial development, mixed-use projects, and modern urban infrastructure within the designated CBD area. The Authority also promotes investment-friendly, vertical, and sustainable development in accordance with approved master plans and planning regulations.
The Government of Punjab established the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority under the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority Act.
