The Planning and Designing of Sector C-14, C-15 & C-16, Islamabad is a major urban development initiative undertaken for the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to facilitate the planned expansion of Islamabad. The project involves the preparation of comprehensive master plans, land-use planning, road network design, infrastructure planning, utility corridors, zoning regulations, and residential, commercial, institutional, and recreational layouts. The objective is to develop sustainable, well-connected, and modern urban sectors that meet the long-term residential and infrastructure needs of the federal capital.
