The project is being executed under a joint venture partnership and is planned on a land area of 225 kanals located near Top City 1 Islamabad. Access to the project is provided through the Main Boulevard of Top City 1, ensuring direct connectivity to major road networks. The land has been transferred in the name of FGEHA and project execution has formally commenced.
The project is planned to deliver a total of 3,945 apartments under 3 distinct categories based on service scales. Category A Type Rose Apartments for BPS 18 to 22 have a covered area of 2,181 sq ft and include 2 blocks with G plus 11 storeys comprising 774 apartments. Category B Type Tulip Apartments for BPS 10 to 17 have a covered area of 1,625 sq ft and include 2 blocks with G plus 11 storeys comprising 1,076 apartments. Category C Type Daffodil Apartments for BPS 1 to 9 have a covered area of 1,357 sq ft and include 6 blocks with G plus 9 storeys comprising 1,701 apartments. The scheme also includes essential community amenities such as mosques, basic healthcare facilities, schools and commercial areas to support daily living needs.
