Federal Government Employees Housing Authority

Skyline Apartments is a large-scale residential apartment project being developed by the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority near New Islamabad International Airport. The project is being executed under a joint venture partnership and is planned on a land area of 225 kanals located near Top City 1 Islamabad. Access to the project is provided through the Main Boulevard of Top City 1, ensuring direct connectivity to major road networks. The land has been transferred in the name of FGEHA and project execution has formally commenced.

The project is planned to deliver a total of 3,945 apartments under 3 distinct categories based on service scales. Category A Type Rose Apartments for BPS 18 to 22 have a covered area of 2,181 sq ft and include 2 blocks with G plus 11 storeys comprising 774 apartments. Category B Type Tulip Apartments for BPS 10 to 17 have a covered area of 1,625 sq ft and include 2 blocks with G plus 11 storeys comprising 1,076 apartments. Category C Type Daffodil Apartments for BPS 1 to 9 have a covered area of 1,357 sq ft and include 6 blocks with G plus 9 storeys comprising 1,701 apartments. The scheme also includes essential community amenities such as mosques, basic healthcare facilities, schools and commercial areas to support daily living needs.

The project was formally launched by the Prime Minister of Pakistan on 11 March 2019. Construction agreements are in the process of being finalized and on-site development activities have started. Infrastructure development works and foundation works for Rose category blocks are currently underway. The project aims to provide modern and affordable apartment living for federal government employees near a key growth corridor of Islamabad.
