Circuit House Rawalpindi is a government residential infrastructure project designed to provide modern and comfortable temporary accommodation facilities for employees of the Government of Punjab. The project has been planned to address the increasing demand for official residence facilities while offering a contemporary living environment aligned with current architectural and interior design standards.
The scope of work includes construction of buildings along with complete allied works comprising civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical and mechanical services. The execution of the project involves deployment of all required materials, labor, formwork, tools and machinery to ensure quality construction and timely completion. The total covered area of the facility is approximately 74,930 sq ft.
