CDA Issues Show-Cause Notice to Ittefaq Residensia for Illegal Construction

Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued a show-cause notice to Ittefaq Residensia, a private housing scheme in Islamabad’s Zone-IV, for allegedly carrying out construction and plot marketing without the required approvals. The CDA has directed the scheme to halt all development activities and remove illegal structures within seven days. Non-compliance may result in demolition, sealing of offices, and further enforcement actions. This step emphasizes the importance of regulatory compliance for housing projects in Islamabad.
