Islamabad: Federal Minister Mohsin Naqvi inspected the new 2.7-kilometer link project that will directly connect Margalla Road with the motorway. The project includes three-lane roads on both sides, a two-lane service road, two underpasses, and one bridge on GT Road. The Sangjani Interchange completion deadline has been set for July 31, 2026. This project matters because better road connectivity can reduce congestion, shorten travel time, and improve movement between Islamabad and the motorway network.
